Excellent roundup Joelen. I really like the way you’ve displayed the great recipes! Looking forward to participating in future events.
Actually Nigella’s was for red-gooseberries (yet another fruit one could use I suppose, LOL) but that seemed a bit too british to be easy to get on the cheap or fresh enough to warrant a summer produce spotlight.
I’m totally kicking myself for not buy more of Target’s 2 for $4 blueberries yesterday though as the galette sounds and LOOKS sooo good…
Fabulous photos – your blog is laid out so well!
I just wanted to make sure…for this month’s edition of Tasty Tools, I can make absolutely anything as long as I use a whisk?
Thanks! I am trying to enter more blogging contests/events to meet new people an challenge myself in the kitchen. What is the hardest [culinary] obstacle you have overcome?
Thanks for hosting this timely and fun event, Joelen! A roasted vegetable sandwich is a great idea and I think that might be just the ticket for tonight’s supper!
I’ve been meaning to try my hand at focaccia for so long it seems I still needed a nudge. This delicious garlic and rosemary pairing is that nudge. I’m a garlic fan so I’d definitely be all over it :)).
Another great idea! Sometimes the best meals come of just throwing items together and creating on the fly!
Everything looks SO yummy! Droolicious!
Amazing menu… and now I am officially HUNGRY. 🙂 Thanks so much for sharing!
