Baked Buffalo Wings

Spicy, succulent, and slightly smoky, these classic Baked Buffalo Wings are sure to be a hit at your next party or game day gathering! All you need is a few simple ingredients to make these delicious wings.

Ingredients

4 pounds chicken wings, cut into wings and drumettes
1 tablespoon garlic & onion seasoning
cooking spray
12 cups Frank’s RedHot sauce
1 cup melted butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Coat chicken with garlic & onion seasoning. Place into a single layer on a greased baking sheet, and spray top with cooking spray.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine 1-2 cups of Frank’s RedHot sauce and 1 cup of melted butter; stir.
Place chicken into the bowl and toss with the hot sauce mixture before serving.

Notes

Adjust amount of hot sauce to desired spiciness.
