Welcome back from the weekend! Hope you had fun enjoying it where you are. My weekend was busy, but then again… what else is new?! The weather here in Chicago lately has been cold, cloudy and dreary with rain that you want to do nothing but to stay indoors. I recently was asked to review a brand new book called, Under the Table: Saucy Tales from Culinary School written by Katherine Darling. If you’re a fan of books that touch on the lives of chefs or even the popular reality tv series on Bravo, Top Chef, you’ll definitely enjoy this book! I loved reading through Katherine Darling’s experience in culinary school and it offers some insight about a whole new culture of aspiring chefs and bakers.
