Salmon in Ninja Foodi

A delicious and easy recipe for cooking salmon in the Ninja Foodi.

1 pound fresh salmon, cut into 4 fillets
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 red pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup white wine
1 15ounce can diced tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese


Preheat Ninja Foodi on high sauté. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Season salmon fillets on both sides with black pepper and parsley and add to hot Ninja Foodi.
Sauté for 5 minutes per side, flipping once. Transfer fillets to a plate and set aside.
Add remaining tablespoon of olive oil, red pepper, onion, and garlic to Ninja Foodi. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
Add white wine and stir. Simmer for 5 minutes until wine has reduced by half.
Add diced tomatoes, red pepper flakes, oregano and stir to combine.
Reduce heat to medium low and add salmon fillets back to the Ninja Foodi.
Check to ensure salmon is cooked, about 10-15 minutes. Serve with freshly chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.


Be sure to check the salmon for doneness, as cooking times may vary.
If desired, the wine can be omitted from this recipe.
For extra heat, add additional red pepper flakes to taste.
