Filipino Chicken Wings Recipe

A savory and sweet Filipino-style chicken wings recipe with flavors of soy sauce, garlic, bay leaves, and brown sugar.

68 chicken wings
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, bay leaves, and brown sugar, and mix well.
Place chicken wings in a large baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the soy sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken wings are cooked through and golden brown. Turn wings over halfway through baking.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.


Can be served with a side of mashed potatoes, steamed rice, or even noodles.
Can also be grilled for an outdoor barbecue treat!
