Palomilla Steak Recipe

A tasty and delicious steak dish, savory with a strong garlic flavor and topped with lemon and olive oil.

1 lb. flank steak
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Marinate the steak in the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt for at least 1 hour.
Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the steak to the skillet and cook until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
When the steak is finished cooking, top with chopped parsley.
Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!


For extra garlic flavor, add more garlic powder to the marinade.
If there is not enough sauce, add a tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet once the steak is cooked.
