1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Green Chili, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Ginger, pasted
1 tablespoon Garlic, pasted
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder

2 tablespoons Tomato Puree
3 tablespoons Plain Yogurt

4–5 pieces of Egg/Wheat Rotis
1/4 cup Finely chopped Onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped Coriander Leaves
2 tablespoons finely chopped Mint Leaves
In a bowl, add the chicken, yogurt, salt, 1 tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste, and all the spices. Mix everything together and keep it aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the remaining ginger and garlic paste and cook for a minute until fragrant.
