Filipino Beef Recipes: Beef Tapa

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef (thinly sliced)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 to 6 cloves garlic (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and allow the beef to marinate overnight.
  2. Saute the marinated beef in a little oil and cook through or fry until crispy.
