- Potatoes: 2 large (approx. 1 lb / 450g)
- Squash: 1 medium-sized (approx. 2 lbs / 900g)
- Butter: 3 tablespoons (approx. 42g)
- Milk: 1/2 cup (approx. 120ml)
- Salt: to taste
- Pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Peel and dice both the potatoes and squash.
- In a large pot, boil the diced potatoes and squash until they’re tender.
- Drain the water and place the boiled ingredients back into the pot.
- Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mash the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Serve while hot and enjoy!
