Easy Sliced Turkey Breast

Ingredients

  • Turkey breast (about 2-3 lbs or 0.9-1.3 kg)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub this mixture generously over the turkey breast.
  4. Place in a roasting pan and cook for about 1-1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
