Easter Blessings at Our Tables

Easter Sunday was a food filled day for us, starting with lunch at my parents’ house. I have to admit I was lazy and never got around to making the desserts I planned to bring. Alas, we had more than enough food to enjoy.
Holidays with my family usually include a roasted meat, seafood, noodles and our ethnic home cooked favorites. Here are the foods that adorned my family’s table… to feed 7 people:

Holidays with my inlaws are also lavish with food. I was lucky to marry into a family that has a passion for food and my husband’s relatives also were caterers before retiring.
