Tonight is focused on my Traditional fare menu and some desserts. Everything is set for the most part… and I approached it as if it were just one of my cooking class events where everything is prepped and ready to assemble. Here’s a must have for Thanksgiving to accompany the turkey!
Cranberry Orange Sauce
1 cup orange juice
1 cup white sugar
12 oz cranberries
12 oz cranberries
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
In a pot, dissolve sugar in juice.
Stir in cranberries and zest; cook until they pop.
Remove from heat and place in serving dish.
It will thicken as it cools.
