Wildfire’s Signature Chopped Salad

This salad comes from the regional restaurant chain Wildfire and is one of the most memorable salads for many! The citrus lime vinaigrette, which is now bottled, completes the salad.

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

1 scallion, sliced thinly
1/2 cup super sweet corn
Fried corn tortilla strips, for garnish
12 tablespoons Wildfire Citrus Lime Vinaigrette
