Blueberry Galette

This blueberry galette is made with a buttery homemade crust and topped with fresh blueberries. A perfect summer treat.

Ingredients

12 cups fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons half & half

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place the prepared pie crust on a small baking pan.
Top with the blueberries and sprinkle with sugar.
Fold in the edges of the crust to create a rustic look.
Brush the half & half over the dough.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is nicely browned.
