Thai Green Curry Chicken Filling

A flavorful and savory filling of ground chicken cooked with Thai green curry paste, coconut milk, bamboo shoots, and seasonings.

Ingredients

12 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, diced
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 tablespoon Thai green curry paste
1 lb ground chicken
1 can coconut milk
1 cup bamboo shoots, julienned
1/2 cup slivered green onions
Salt and white pepper to taste

Instructions

In a wok or skillet, sauté garlic and onions in oil.
Add curry paste and ground chicken and stir to heat.
Add coconut milk and bamboo shoots; stir. Allow the milk to reduce by half.
Remove from heat and stir in green onions, salt and white pepper. Allow to cool before using as filling.
