Fried chicken is always a family favorite at our house. When I make fried chicken, it can be a time consuming and messy endeavor frying it up in the kitchen. But thank goodness for the air fryer! The air fryer has been a total game changer for me when it comes to fried chicken.
This recipe involves dipping chicken in a buttermilk bath and dredging in a seasoned flour… then the chicken is air fried. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may have to cook in batches. If you have an air fryer, this recipe is a definite keeper! Cooking times will vary between air fryers so closely monitor your cook time and temperature.
