Ok, I’ve jumped on the healthy kick to start the year – anyone else? There’s a good chance that it may not stick but I’m hopeful my air fryer will help me eat more vegetables! My husband loves cauliflower well before it was so popular, so he was thrilled when I made air fryer cauliflower as a recent side dish.
I will say that air fried cauliflower is delicious and I plan on buying cauliflower more often just to prepare it this way! The flavors are versatile in that you can season with whatever you’ve got on hand – garlic powder, onion power, chili powder, taco seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning – anything goes!
As an added bonus – sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving!
Air Fryer Cauliflower
Serves: 4-5
Prep Time: 2 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 ¼ cups (10 oz) cauliflower florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the cauliflower florets into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper, tossing to coat the florets evenly
Add the cauliflower into the preheated air fryer
Cook for 10 minutes, shaking up the cauliflower half way through.
