Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the diced red onion, tomato, and minced jalapeno.
Add the lime juice, olive oil, chopped fresh cilantro, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Mix well and adjust seasoning to taste.

Notes

If desired, a little diced cucumber can be added to the mix.
Feel free to add more jalapeno for extra heat.
