Perfect Gigi Hadid Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • Shell pasta – 1 pound
  • Cooking starchy liquid – 1 cup
  • Olive oil – 0.5 cup
  • Small diced red onion – 1
  • Minced garlic – 2 cloves
  • Tomato paste – 0.5 cup
  • Vodka – 2 tablespoons
  • Heavy cream – 1 cup
  • Red chili flakes – 2 teaspoons
  • Butter – 2 tablespoons
  • Parmesan cheese – 0.5 cup
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Black pepper – a pinch
  • Chopped basil – a dash

Instructions

  1. Boil your shell pasta to al dente by cooking for eleven minutes. You may also follow the instructions on the packet for this purpose.
  2. Take a medium or large pan and add olive oil to it.

  3. Then add sliced onions to the pan and cook for a few minutes. Use a plastic spatula to mix the onions with oil.

  4. Pour tomato paste into the pan and mix it with the onions for one to two minutes.
  5. Add starchy liquid, cream, and minced garlic to the mixture. Stir again using the spatula to form a thick sauce.
  6. Put vodka in the sauce and cook for one minute. If you don’t want to add alcohol, you can skip this step.

  7. Add red chili flakes to the mixture and mix slightly.

  8. Place softened butter in the center of the pan and allow it to melt. So, stir the butter around the pan as it melts to enhance the flavor.

  9. Put the boiled pasta in the pan and mix it with the sauce.

  10. You should also add salt and pepper after mixing the pasta for seasoning. Cook for three to four minutes before serving the dish.

  11. Remember to garnish the pasta with some chopped basil when serving it.
