- Eight medium-sized potatoes
- Two cups of cubed and cooked ham
- One chopped onion
- 10 ounces of cream of mushroom soup
- Half a teaspoon of thyme
- Ground black pepper for taste
- 2/3 cup of milk
- 1.5 cups of cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Peel and slice all the potatoes.
- Toss the slices of potato with a sprinkle of salt.
- Chop the onion.
- Spray your slow cooker with some cooking spray.
- Add a layer of half of the cheese, ham, onion, and potatoes.
- Repeat the layer with the other half of the ingredients.
- Take a mixing bowl and whisk the ground pepper, thyme, milk, and soup.
- Pour the mixture into the layer of potatoes.
- Cook everything on low heat for six to eight hours or high heat for three to four hours.
