Crispy Garlic Roasted Potatoes To Pair Well With Any Meal

  • Eight cloves of garlic (minced)
  • Two pounds of halved baby potatoes
  • Two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. finely minced fresh rosemary
  • Half a teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • Chopped parsley (for garnishing)
  • Around two tablespoons of fresh lemon juice (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Take a large baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Set the dish aside.
  3. Take a mixing bowl of medium size and add the potatoes to it. Then, drizzle them with two tablespoons of high-quality olive oil.
  4. Next, you must add the pepper, salt, rosemary, and garlic. Mix all of these ingredients well to combine.
  5. Transfer all the potatoes to the baking sheet and let them bake for at least forty-five minutes or a maximum of an hour. Make sure that you stir the potatoes occasionally.
  6. Once the potatoes are crisp, remove them from the oven, sprinkle the parsley, and drizzle it with lemon juice if that is what you want.
